Welcome to JLG Spirited Collective! I am Jordan Goldstein, founder, and CEO. Together with my growing team, we provide all the expertise and support you need to level up your marketing and sales profile within the luxury brand category to a place you may never have thought possible. JLG Spirited Collective is a beautiful marriage of both my travels around the world and my professional experience working in the luxury industry.

My fascination with marketing began as a traveler throughout my teenage years. I became nearly fluent in Spanish and set off to pursue an immersion into the various Spanish cultures around the world.

This was my entry into the psychology of luxury marketing, and I studied it like it was another language. I came to understand all the nuances in the various marketing methods and applied what I learned throughout my career as a luxury branding expert in the launch of Clase Azul and the refreshing of Bulgari products, to name a few.

Whenever I traveled, I would always find myself pulled into the smaller communities for great conversation, new perspectives, and some of the best food I have ever tasted. I am particularly drawn to Argentina, which I consider to be the most beautiful place in the world in terms of its people, culture, cuisine, and landscape.

Recently, I commissioned an Argentine Fileteado artist to design the JLG Spirited Collective company logo, so I could share his work and this art form with as many people as possible. These communities, for example, are the hidden gems of the world with so much to offer yet struggle for global recognition. With each opportunity to travel, I did whatever I could to bring lesser- known communities into the spotlight.

This story is a metaphor for JLG Spirited Collective. The excitement of being able to steer a brand into the spotlight they truly deserve is the driving force behind the launch of this company. Showing people the value in things that otherwise might not be obvious is my passion.  Bringing small and medium brands to the forefront of the luxury market is my mission now.

I have been extremely impacted in my life by places, people, and things off the beaten path and I know I can help brands like yours get to the place they deserve to be.

  • Luxury Strategy

    Ensuring all aspects of the brand convey luxury. This will be achieved through sales assets/ POS, events, and brand image. Helpful in rebranding and developing brand look and feel.

  • Trade Marketing

    Creating all assets a sales person would need in market (sell sheets, presentations, shelf talkers, etc.). Helping with brand expansion through creation of all POS materials and distributor presentations. Helping the brand work effectively with distributor managers and sales people.

  • Events and Activations

    From idea inception to vendor logistics, the creation of beautiful events that engage the consumer while maintaining brand identity and image.

  • Digital/ Social Strategy

    Website and social media content creation to showcase your brand. Both creative directing internally, and/ or outsourcing content creation and relationship management (inclusive of influencers). Overseeing the planning and execution of social media platforms (scheduling posting, and influencer engagement), while ensuring that all content meets established brand standards.

  • Sales Team Trainings

    Conducting internal sales training and overseeing market managers to ensure the sales team maintains brand standards while presenting to on and off- premise accounts and distributor personnel.

  • Branding/ Rebranding

    Branding/ rebranding “look and feel,” inclusive of staging the brand with a focus on the luxury market. Infusing a personality that aligns with the message while creating marketing, sales assets, and messaging that speaks to the identity of the brand. Branding includes everything from the fonts used on sales assets to the content produced by photographers (and everything in between).

  • Brand Partnerships

    Aligning with like- minded brands to build a larger consumer base and position the brand in their respective market.
